Dr. Kyle Owsley

Dr. Kyle Owsley was born and raised in Elizabethtown, KY. He received an academic scholarship to the University of Louisville where he focused on his prerequisite for entrance into Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA.

Dr. Owsley wanted to be a Doctor of Chiropractic since the age of six. His mother was hit by a car while at a car wash and injured her low back. Dr. Eriksen was the chiropractor who consulted and educated her not only on the problems she was experiencing from the accident, but also on the benefits of chiropractic care for children. As a child, Dr. Owsley experienced 4-5 nose bleeds a day until Dr. Eriksen put him on his chiropractic road to health. Within two weeks, the nose bleeds completely stopped. From then on Dr. Owsley knew what he was going to set out to do: educate people about the value of chiropractic and improve their quality of life.

While attending Palmer, Dr. Owsley was selected to be a Teaching Assistant because of his demonstrated skills with the Gonstead Technique. As a Teaching Assistant in the Technique Department, Dr. Owsley helped early chiropractic students learn the proper ways to adjust the spine. Later, Dr. Owsley was chosen to travel to Morocco to participate in a Clinic Abroad Program with the purpose of helping those less fortunate. Dr. Owsley graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic on October 23, 2004 and received his Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Chiropractic.

Dr. Kyle Owsley is excited about practicing chiropractic in Bowling Green and has fallen in love with his new community. He is also enhancing his skills by participating in a program through the International Chiropractic Association on Motor Vehicle Accidents and Soft Tissue Injury.
